The goal is simple.
Three things this week. Shoot your brand images. Launch publicly. Open your first customer conversations.
Module 01
Your AI brand shoot.
Let's cover your whole first month of content. Upload eight to twelve clear selfies to your AI image tool, then paste one prompt at a time.
YOU LOOK ICONIC. YOU LOOK ICONIC.
Step one: gather your references
01
Pick 8 to 12 photos of yourself
Recent, and taken where you actually look like yourself. Phone photos are fine.
02
Cover every angle
Straight on, three-quarter turn, profile, and at least one head-to-toe. Angles are what let it rebuild you in a new pose.
03
Keep them clean
Good light, face unobstructed. No sunglasses, hats, heavy filters, or cropped group shots.
04
Match your launch look
Same hair length and colour you'll have at launch. It copies what it sees, so old hair gives you old photos.
05
Open one new chat
Attach all of the photos at once, then paste the first shot prompt below. One shot per message, and keep working in that same chat.
Your reference set
3straight on, shoulders up
2three-quarter turn
1profile
2full body, head to toe
1natural smile
1neutral expression
All from the same hair era. Mixed years confuse the likeness.
Before you start
You need an ai image generator of your choice. If you use ChatGPT and your results looks off, don't ask it to fix the face. Start a fresh chat and fresh generation.
What’s your style
01The portrait
The portrait
Editorial black and white portrait of the subject, shoulders square to camera, direct eye contact, soft window light from the left, plain white studio backdrop, 85mm lens, fine film grain, high contrast, no props.
02The full length
Full length black and white photograph of the subject standing against a bare concrete wall, tailored black outfit, weight on one hip, natural overcast light, 35mm lens, desaturated cool neutral tones, real grain.
03At work
Candid black and white photograph of the subject seated at a white table with a phone and notebook, mid-conversation, looking off camera, large window behind, bright airy room, documentary style, slight motion blur.
04The product hold
Black and white close crop of the subject's hands holding a product bottle at chest height, face partly in frame, matte finish, hard single light source from above, deep shadows, product label sharp and legible.
05Movement
Black and white photograph of the subject walking toward camera on an empty city street at dawn, coat open, mid-stride, shallow depth of field, wet pavement, 50mm lens, grainy reportage feel.
06The quote frame
Wide black and white photograph of the subject small in frame against a large flat black wall, generous empty space on the right for text, standing still, hands at sides, minimal, high contrast.
01The concrete campaign
The concrete campaign
Use the uploaded reference photos as the primary identity anchor for the woman in this image. The uploaded reference images should control and guide her recognizable face, real-life appearance, facial structure, skin tone, age, expression style, hair, styling, body proportions, and natural presence.
Create an ultra-realistic luxury fashion campaign photograph of the same woman from the uploaded reference photos, placed in a minimal luxury architectural environment with massive brutalist concrete architecture, clean geometric walls, and sharp architectural lines. The image should feel like a high-end editorial campaign with Saint Laurent × Rhode × Apple energy: sleek, expensive, minimal, modern, restrained, and visually powerful.
Reference lock:
Use the uploaded reference photos as the exact identity anchor for the woman in the image. Preserve her recognizable real-life appearance and ensure she looks like the same real person from the reference photos, not a generic fashion model or altered version. The reference photos should guide her facial identity, bone structure, skin tone, age, body proportions, hair color, styling, and personal presence.
Identity lock:
Preserve her recognizable face and real-life appearance as accurately as possible, including her face shape, eyes, nose, lips, jawline, cheekbones, skin tone, age, and expression style. Maintain her green-blue eyes, glossy neutral lips, and natural skin texture with visible pores. Keep her beauty realistic and grounded. Do not make her look like a different woman, do not idealize her into a generic runway face, and do not make her look younger, older, harsher, more artificial, or overly glam in a way that changes her actual identity. Her expression should be confident, composed, and closed-mouth, with direct eye contact and elevated founder energy.
Proportion lock:
Preserve her true-to-life body proportions and natural scale based on the uploaded reference photos. Keep her real height impression, build, body shape, shoulder width, torso length, waist-to-hip balance, arm length, hand size, leg length, foot size, head-to-body ratio, neck length, and overall anatomical scale realistic and accurate. Because this is a full-body crop, it is especially important that the anatomy remains grounded and believable. Do not create fashion-doll distortions, exaggerated legs, tiny waist, enlarged hips, overextended limbs, shrunken head, oversized head, unnaturally narrow shoulders, stretched torso, warped hands, or unrealistic feet. She should look like a real woman standing naturally in a luxury campaign image, not a stylized AI mannequin.
Hair + styling lock:
Preserve her long dimensional blonde balayage hair with a strong brunette root melt, maintaining the same overall hair identity from the reference photos. Keep the hair luxurious, polished, and softly styled in soft luxury waves. Preserve her makeup style as refined and natural with realistic finish, not heavy or overdone. Keep her skin real and textured, not blurred or plastic. Preserve her accessories and styling energy with large gold cuff bracelets and an overall elevated, minimal-luxury aesthetic. Keep her grooming polished, modern, expensive, and consistent with her personal look from the references.
Wardrobe lock:
She is wearing a monochromatic black power suit consisting of a relaxed oversized blazer, structured wide-leg trousers, and a square-neck fitted black top. The wardrobe should feel sleek, powerful, minimal, and editorial — strong founder energy with quiet luxury. The fit should remain realistic and flattering without distorting body shape. Keep the clothing structured, premium, and fashion-campaign worthy.
Pose + framing:
Full-body editorial composition. She is standing against a concrete wall, with one hand in her pocket, body angled slightly toward the camera, and direct eye contact. Her posture should feel grounded, confident, elegant, and natural. Maintain a realistic standing pose with believable weight distribution, natural shoulder placement, realistic arm positioning, and anatomically correct hands and feet. The pose should communicate luxury founder energy — calm, confident, expensive, and self-possessed — without stiffness or awkwardness. Keep the full-body crop clean and intentional.
Scene + environment:
Place her in a minimal luxury environment featuring massive brutalist concrete architecture, clean geometric walls, and sharp architectural lines. The setting should feel spacious, elevated, and visually striking without distraction. Keep the background free from clutter. Include no other people, no city elements, and no unnecessary objects. The environment should feel architectural, clean, and premium — almost sculptural in its simplicity.
Lighting + camera style:
Use warm golden-hour sunlight to create dramatic shadows across the concrete architecture and the subject. The lighting should feel believable, cinematic, and high-end, with a luxury commercial feel. Use an 85mm lens look with an editorial fashion campaign composition and full-body crop. The image should feel like polished commercial photography: crisp, intentional, elegant, and premium. Maintain a visually clean composition with beautiful contrast between light and shadow.
Color palette:
Use a refined, minimal luxury palette of black, concrete gray, cream, gold, and warm sunlight. The tones should feel elevated, modern, and cohesive, with subtle warmth and clean luxury contrast.
Style lock:
The overall visual style should feel like Saint Laurent × Rhode × Apple — minimal, sleek, modern, editorial, expensive, and restrained. Think luxury campaign image, not influencer snapshot. The result should feel refined, fashion-forward, and commercially polished while still staying realistic and human.
Realism lock:
Make the final image clearly photorealistic and true-to-life. Preserve realistic human anatomy, believable body scale, natural skin texture, visible pores, accurate limb proportions, real fabric behavior, realistic facial detail, and authentic lighting. The image should look like a real luxury fashion campaign photograph, not a CGI render, cartoon, illustration, beauty-filtered image, or over-airbrushed AI portrait. Keep the realism strong: real-photo quality, believable shadows, real structure, natural detail, and human accuracy.
Negative guardrails:
Avoid identity drift, generic model face, altered facial features, changed skin tone, changed age, changed eye color, altered hair color, altered hair length, altered hair texture, over-glamorized makeup, fake beauty-filter skin, overly airbrushed texture, waxy skin, plastic skin, distorted anatomy, fake model proportions, exaggerated curves, tiny waist, extra-long legs, stretched torso, long neck, narrow shoulders, oversized head, small head, warped hands, broken fingers, extra fingers, missing fingers, strange wrists, distorted feet, unnatural stance, stiff posing, awkward limb placement, poor clothing fit, cluttered background, added people, city scenery, busy props, harsh HDR, cartoon look, CGI look, over-stylized rendering, or anything that changes the woman’s real-life appearance.
02The studio blazer
The studio blazer
Use the uploaded image as the primary identity reference. Create an ultra-realistic editorial studio portrait of the same woman standing in the center of a large white cyclorama photo studio. Preserve her exact recognizable identity, facial features, warm-neutral skin tone, body proportions, and dimensional blonde balayage hair. She should look like the same real woman, not a generic AI model.
She is wearing an oversized structured black blazer styled as a blazer dress, with sleek black knee-high leather boots and minimal layered gold jewelry. Preserve her long blonde balayage hair with a strong dark brunette root melt, neutral beige-blonde lengths, brighter face-framing pieces, and realistic dimensional lowlights. Style the hair in soft polished loose waves with a smooth blowout finish.
Her makeup should be polished but natural with realistic skin texture, soft brows, wispy lashes, and nude lips. She stands in a calm, confident pose with a modern fashion-editorial presence. The environment is a clean white cyclorama studio with a glossy white floor and no props. Use soft directional studio lighting from camera right, bright clean whites, subtle shadows, and a luxury fashion campaign aesthetic. Shot with an 85mm full-frame editorial camera look, shallow depth of field, razor-sharp focus, realistic texture, and premium magazine-quality detail.
03The director's chair
The director's chair
Create an ultra-realistic contemporary fashion editorial portrait of the uploaded woman seated on a black director’s chair in a minimalist studio setting.
Use the uploaded reference image as the primary identity anchor. Preserve her exact recognizable real-life face, facial structure, skin tone, natural feminine proportions, and realistic physical presence. She should look like the same real woman from the reference, not a generic model, stock-photo girl, or overly smoothed AI influencer.
The composition is a vertical mid-length portrait with the subject centered in frame, seated confidently on a black director’s chair. The camera is positioned at natural eye level with a clean editorial crop that shows her from about mid-thigh or knees upward. The framing should feel polished, minimal, and intentional, with subtle negative space around her.
She wears an oversized black blazer styled like a blazer dress, structured but relaxed, with a slightly masculine tailored shape. Pair it with sleek knee-high black leather boots with a subtle realistic shine. The outfit should feel modern, sharp, slightly edgy, and elevated. She wears minimal jewelry and black-rimmed glasses. Her blonde balayage hair is loosely tied back in an effortless undone style with soft face-framing pieces and natural flyaways. Makeup is natural, polished, and skin-like with visible realistic texture.
She sits in a relaxed but confident posture on the director’s chair, shoulders open, body slightly angled, and face turned toward the camera. Her expression is calm, confident, and editorial. The pose should feel unforced, like a fashion campaign image captured between moments.
The setting is a clean minimalist studio with a plain light-gray backdrop and an uncluttered floor. Lighting is soft artificial studio lighting from the front-left, creating gentle shadows on her face, blazer, boots, chair, and backdrop. The shadows should feel realistic and soft, not harsh or overly dramatic. Add a subtle reflection on the black leather boots.
Use a monochrome black, gray, and neutral palette with natural skin tones and dimensional blonde hair. The image should have minimal clean film grain, a slight vignette, shallow depth of field focused on her face and upper body, and crisp realistic detail. The overall aesthetic is contemporary fashion editorial minimalism: stylish, confident, clean, slightly edgy, and luxury personal brand ready.
Shot on a standard portrait lens with a natural perspective, ISO 400, f/4, 1/125s look. Ultra-realistic, high-end editorial photography, clean studio finish, natural skin texture, realistic fabric texture, no over-smoothing, no plastic skin.
Avoid cartoon styling, fake glam filters, exaggerated body proportions, overly sexy posing, cluttered background, random props, readable text, logos, distorted hands, warped chair legs, overly shiny boots, harsh shadows, heavy grain, and stock-photo energy.
Faceless prompts are being added.
01On the floor
On the floor
Create an ultra-realistic minimalist editorial brand photo of the uploaded woman seated on the floor in a sparse indoor studio space.
Use the uploaded reference image as the primary identity anchor. Preserve her exact recognizable real-life face, facial structure, skin tone, hair, natural feminine proportions, and realistic physical presence. She should look like the same real woman from the reference, not a generic AI model, stock-photo girl, or overly polished influencer.
The composition is a wide vertical shot from a slightly low angle. She is seated on the floor on the left side of the frame, with a large amount of empty negative space on the right. The framing should feel intentional, modern, and editorial, almost like a campaign image designed for website text placement or a minimal landing page banner.
She wears a clean white tube top, relaxed black wide-leg pants, white chunky sneakers, and a black baseball cap that has ICON embroidered on it. The outfit should feel casual, cool, effortless, and minimal, with a black-and-white personal brand aesthetic. Her long dimensional blonde balayage hair is worn down naturally beneath the cap, with soft movement and realistic texture. Makeup is natural and skin-like, with visible pores and realistic detail.
She sits on the floor in a relaxed, grounded pose with one knee bent and one leg extended or softly angled. One hand lightly holds or adjusts the edge of her black pants near her knee, while the other rests naturally beside her or on the floor for balance. Her posture is calm and unforced, with a neutral confident expression. She should feel composed, casual, and slightly editorial, not overly posed.
The setting is a minimalist indoor space with a large plain light-gray wall and matching neutral floor. The environment is sparse and empty with no furniture, no props, and no clutter. The empty space is part of the composition and should feel clean, quiet, and intentional, because apparently minimalism is just leaving half the room blank and charging more for it.
Lighting is soft, diffused natural daylight coming from above-right, creating gentle realistic shadows on the floor and wall. The image should have a calm, subdued mood with monochrome shades of gray, black, and white, while keeping her skin tone and blonde hair natural and dimensional.
Use a deep-focus look with the subject and surrounding wall/floor clearly visible. Add moderate clean film grain, subtle vignetting, and slightly soft edges for an editorial analog feel. The overall aesthetic should be minimalist, modern, subdued, fashion-forward, and personal-brand ready.
Shot with a natural wide portrait perspective, ISO 400, f/4, 1/125s look. Ultra-realistic iPhone-meets-editorial photography, clean composition, natural fabric texture, realistic skin texture, soft shadows, calm still atmosphere.
Avoid cartoon styling, fake glam filters, exaggerated body proportions, overly sexy posing, clutter, furniture, props, readable text, logos, harsh shadows, overexposed whites, plastic skin, distorted hands, warped sneakers, messy cap shape, and stock-photo energy.
02Arms crossed
Arms crossed
Create an ultra-realistic minimalist editorial brand photo of the uploaded woman in the same sparse indoor studio space as the original reference image.
Use the uploaded reference image as the primary identity anchor. Preserve her exact recognizable real-life face, facial structure, skin tone, green eyes, dimensional blonde balayage hair with darker roots, natural feminine proportions, and realistic physical presence. She should look like the same real woman from the reference, not a generic AI model, influencer lookalike, or overly polished stock-photo girl.
Keep the exact same outfit and styling as the original photo:
clean white tube top
relaxed black wide-leg pants
white chunky sneakers
black baseball cap with subtle ICON embroidery across the front
long dimensional blonde balayage hair worn naturally down beneath the cap
natural skin-like makeup
realistic pores, skin texture, and natural tonal variation
The setting should remain the same minimalist indoor room from the original image:
large plain light-gray wall
matching gray concrete-style floor
no furniture
no props
no clutter
no extra décor
no visible text in the room
The composition is a wide vertical image with the woman positioned slightly left of center, leaving clean negative space around her, especially to one side for a modern campaign feel.
For this pose, she is standing waist-up with her arms crossed loosely across her body. The pose should feel calm, confident, modern, and unfussy — not stiff, corporate, or aggressive. Her shoulders are relaxed. Her head is slightly angled. Her expression is neutral-confident with a soft, composed mouth and direct or near-direct eye contact with the camera.
Lighting is soft diffused natural daylight coming from above-right, creating subtle realistic shadows and maintaining the same calm editorial atmosphere as the original image.
Use a deep-focus editorial look with moderate clean film grain, subtle vignetting, slightly soft edges, and natural photographic texture.
Shot with a natural portrait perspective, ISO 400, f/4, 1/125s look.
The final image should feel like a minimalist personal-brand launch campaign image: clean, cool, modern, casual, polished, and consistent with the original seated TRU ICONS photo.
Avoid overly stiff posture, glam influencer posing, heavy retouching, harsh shadows, fake office energy, clutter, props, plastic skin, body reshaping, distorted arms or fingers, or stock-photo energy.
03Good news
Good news
Create an ultra-realistic minimalist editorial brand photo of the uploaded woman in the same studio environment, same outfit, and same overall visual style as the original reference image.
Use the uploaded reference image as the primary identity anchor. Preserve her exact recognizable face, green eyes, skin tone, dimensional blonde balayage hair with darker roots, realistic skin texture, and natural feminine proportions. She must look like the same real woman from the original image.
Keep the same outfit and styling:
white tube top
relaxed black wide-leg pants
white chunky sneakers
black baseball cap with subtle tonal ICON embroidery
long blonde balayage hair worn down naturally
soft polished makeup with realistic skin texture
Keep the same minimalist room:
plain light-gray wall
neutral gray floor
empty studio setting
no furniture
no props other than the phone
no clutter
The composition is a wide vertical campaign-style portrait with the woman placed slightly left in the frame and negative space around her.
For this pose, she is standing casually while looking down at her phone as if reading a message, checking a launch update, or seeing a team notification. She holds the phone naturally in one hand near chest or waist level. Her other arm can hang relaxed by her side or rest lightly across her midsection. The pose should feel candid and believable, like a real founder caught in a quiet moment.
Her expression should be soft, focused, and slightly amused or pleased — not a giant smile, just a subtle “good news” energy.
Her body posture should feel easy and grounded, with relaxed shoulders and a natural stance. Do not make it look like a fake stock-business pose.
Lighting is soft diffused daylight from above-right, maintaining the same subdued editorial mood as the original photo.
Use deep focus, moderate clean film grain, subtle vignette, soft edge falloff, and realistic fabric texture.
Shot with a natural editorial portrait perspective, ISO 400, f/4, 1/125s.
The final image should feel personal-brand ready, modern, minimal, stylish, and consistent with the rest of the TRU ICONS launch sequence.
Avoid exaggerated smiling, fake text on the phone screen, warped hands, clutter, fake office props, over-posed body language, harsh lighting, plastic skin, or awkward phone proportions.
04Founding member
Founding member
Create an ultra-realistic minimalist editorial brand photo of the uploaded woman in the same sparse indoor studio environment, same outfit, same lighting, and same overall visual style as the original TRU ICONS reference image.
Use the uploaded reference image as the primary identity anchor. Preserve her exact recognizable real-life face, facial structure, skin tone, green eyes, dimensional blonde balayage hair with darker roots, natural feminine proportions, and realistic physical presence.
She should look unmistakably like the same real woman from the original reference, not a generic AI model, influencer lookalike, younger replacement, or overly polished fashion model.
Keep the exact same styling:
clean white tube top
relaxed black wide-leg pants
white chunky sneakers
black baseball cap with subtle tonal ICON embroidery
long dimensional blonde balayage hair worn naturally down beneath the cap
natural skin-like makeup
realistic pores, texture, and tonal variation
Keep the exact same minimalist environment:
large plain light-gray wall
smooth neutral gray concrete-style floor
no furniture
no décor
no clutter
no unnecessary props
soft diffused daylight from above-right
The composition should be a wide vertical editorial image, keeping the woman positioned toward the left side of the frame with generous clean negative space on the right.
She is seated casually on the floor in a relaxed pose consistent with the original campaign image.
One knee is bent and slightly raised while the other leg folds naturally along the floor. Her posture is easy and slightly asymmetrical rather than perfectly posed.
She holds a small minimal white card or lightweight placard, approximately the width of her torso or slightly smaller.
Do NOT use a large poster board.
The card should feel like a chic campaign prop, similar to a fashion casting card, launch announcement card, or editorial studio placard.
Position the card low across her lap or slightly off to one side, rather than directly centered in front of her chest.
It should not cover her torso or dominate the entire image.
She holds the card casually with one hand along the lower edge or side while her other hand rests naturally on her knee, pants, or beside her on the floor.
The card should appear naturally integrated into the pose rather than presented formally toward the camera.
The card contains only the words:
FOUNDING MEMBER
Use clean, understated black typography on the white card.
Typography should feel modern, editorial, minimal, and premium.
Use smaller-scale lettering with generous spacing and refined proportions.
Avoid giant bold lettering.
Avoid stacked oversized words filling the entire sign.
The wording should occupy only a restrained portion of the card, leaving intentional white space around it.
Her expression should be relaxed, confident, cool, and slightly playful, as though this is a candid launch campaign image rather than a formal announcement.
She can look directly toward the camera or slightly off-camera.
No exaggerated smile.
The photo should feel like a real brand shoot where someone handed her the card during the session and the photographer captured a naturally cool frame.
Lighting should remain soft and diffused, creating realistic gentle shadows beneath her legs, hands, sign, sneakers, and hair.
Maintain the subdued palette of gray, black, white, natural skin tones, and dimensional blonde.
Use realistic fabric folds, natural hand anatomy, subtle film grain, slight vignetting, and soft photographic edges.
Shot with a natural wide portrait perspective, ISO 400, f/4, 1/125s look.
The final image should feel like a modern minimalist launch campaign for TRU ICONS: editorial, understated, effortless, cool, and premium.
The sign should feel like a subtle campaign detail, not the entire concept of the photograph.
Avoid oversized poster board, school-project signage, protest-sign styling, corporate headshot energy, perfectly centered sign placement, giant typography, awkward two-handed gripping, the sign covering her body, stiff posture, harsh studio lighting, fake smiles, clutter, distorted fingers, warped card edges, plastic skin, or stock-photo energy.
05The capsule
The capsule The capsule, alternate
Create an ultra-realistic minimalist editorial brand photo of the uploaded woman in the same sparse indoor studio space as the original TRU ICONS reference image.
Keep the exact same outfit and styling as the original image:
clean white tube top
relaxed black wide-leg pants
white chunky sneakers if visible
black baseball cap with subtle tonal or raised ICON embroidery
long blonde balayage hair worn naturally down beneath the cap
natural polished makeup
realistic skin texture, pores, and tonal variation
Keep the setting in the same minimalist visual world:
large plain light-gray wall
neutral gray concrete-style floor if visible
no furniture
no clutter
no extra décor
no unnecessary props
For this pose, she is holding a single black capsule out toward the camera between her fingers, bringing it close to the lens so the capsule becomes the visual focal point.
The capsule should appear realistic in size, sleek, premium, and glossy or satin black.
The capsule should be sharply visible in the foreground while the woman behind it is slightly motion blurred, as if she moved subtly while extending her hand forward.
Her face should still be recognizable, but softly blurred in a stylish editorial way.
The effect should feel like a real camera-captured movement moment, not like bad focus.
Her arm reaches naturally toward the viewer while her body remains slightly farther back.
Her expression should feel calm, cool, and confident.
The composition should be a medium portrait or slightly wider, with enough space around her to keep the image feeling minimal and elevated.
Lighting is soft diffused daylight from above-right, creating subtle dimension across her hair, skin, cap, and the capsule.
Use a deep-focus-meets-editorial look where the capsule is the main point of attention, with controlled motion blur on the woman for a stylish “stillness inside movement” feel.
Add moderate clean film grain, soft edge falloff, realistic texture, and subtle vignette.
Shot with a natural portrait perspective, ISO 400, f/4, 1/125s look, with intentional photographic motion blur.
The final image should feel modern, clean, slightly edgy, and perfect for a campaign sequence.
Avoid oversized capsule proportions, fake supplement-bottle scale, warped fingers, extreme blur that hides identity, plastic skin, cheesy product-demo energy, clutter, or stock-photo wellness vibes.
06Under the brim
Under the brim
Create an ultra-realistic minimalist editorial brand photo of uploaded woman in the same sparse indoor studio space as the original reference image.
Keep the exact same outfit and styling as the original image:
clean white tube top
relaxed black wide-leg pants
white chunky sneakers if visible in frame
black baseball cap with subtle raised or tonal ICON embroidery across the front
long blonde balayage hair worn naturally down beneath the cap
natural polished makeup
realistic skin texture, pores, and tonal variation
Keep the setting exactly within the same minimalist visual world:
large plain light-gray wall
neutral gray concrete-style floor if visible
no furniture
no props
no clutter
no extra décor
no additional text in the room
The composition should be a medium editorial portrait, framed from approximately mid-torso or waist-up. Do not make it an extreme close-up. The crop should feel intentional and stylish, giving enough breathing room around her head, shoulders, and upper body so the image still feels clean and modern rather than cramped.
Position her slightly left of center or centered with some soft negative space around her.
For this pose, the hat is the visual focus. Her head is angled slightly downward so the brim of the cap partially covers the upper portion of her face, creating a cool, understated, slightly mysterious look. The cap should cast a soft natural shadow over part of her eyes without hiding her face completely.
She lightly holds or adjusts the brim of the hat with one hand, using a relaxed fingertip grip. The hand should look natural and effortless, not stiff or posed. Her other arm can rest naturally out of frame or along her side.
Her expression should feel calm, quiet, and confident. The mood should be subtly introspective and editorial, not smiley, overly glamorous, or try-hard.
Her hair should fall naturally around her shoulders with realistic texture and soft dimension.
Lighting is soft diffused natural daylight from above-right, creating gentle shadow beneath the hat brim and soft contour across her face, hair, and shoulders. Keep the light subdued and flattering, with no harsh contrast.
Use a deep-focus or medium-deep-focus editorial look with moderate clean film grain, subtle vignetting, soft natural texture, and slightly softened edges.
Shot with a natural portrait perspective, ISO 400, f/4, 1/125s look.
The final image should feel like a polished minimalist launch-sequence portrait: modern, cool, understated, fashion-forward, and completely consistent with the original TRU ICONS photo.
Avoid extreme close-up beauty framing, awkward crops, oversized hand positioning, stiff hat-grabbing, fully hidden eyes, exaggerated mystery styling, heavy glam retouching, plastic skin, distorted fingers, warped hat shape, unreadable ICON embroidery, clutter, props, harsh shadows, or stock-photo energy.
07Walking blur
Walking blur Walking blur, alternate
Create an ultra-realistic minimalist editorial brand photo of the uploaded woman in the same sparse indoor studio space as the original TRU ICONS reference image.
Use the uploaded reference image as the primary identity anchor. Preserve her exact recognizable face, skin tone, green eyes, blonde balayage hair with darker roots, natural feminine proportions, and realistic physical presence.
Keep the same outfit and styling: Her body should be mostly visible and still recognizable, but not perfectly frozen.
The image should communicate movement, progress, and momentum.
She can be mid-step, moving across the frame with her shoulders relaxed and her head slightly angled downward or off to one side.
white tube top
relaxed black wide-leg pants
white chunky sneakers
black ICON baseball cap
hair worn naturally down
natural polished makeup
realistic skin texture
Keep the same environment:
plain light-gray wall
neutral gray floor
no furniture
no props
no clutter
For this image, she is captured walking naturally through the studio space, creating soft intentional motion blur through her body, pants, hair, and arm swing.
The motion blur should feel like real editorial photography created through movement and shutter drag, not like a smeared AI mistake. Her expression should feel calm and self-assured, even if slightly softened by movement.
The composition should remain wide and minimalist, with ample negative space and strong editorial balance.
The subject can be placed slightly left or moving through center frame.
Lighting is soft natural daylight from above-right with gentle realistic shadows and no harsh contrast.
Use moderate clean film grain, subtle vignette, deep focus on the environment, and controlled motion blur across the woman.
The final image should feel fashion-forward, modern, slightly moody, and perfect for a launch sequence that suggests forward movement.
Avoid cartoon-like blur, total facial distortion, awkward walking posture, exaggerated runway posing, clutter, props, or stock-photo fitness energy.

For this pose, she is lifting one hand to adjust the brim of the hat, and that hand should have slight intentional motion blur, along with subtle movement through the hair near that side of her face.
Her face should remain more readable and recognizable than the moving hand, creating a stylish editorial contrast between sharpness and motion.
Her head can be tilted slightly downward or to one side.
The overall mood should feel cool, candid, and effortless — like a real in-between moment captured during the shoot.
Her expression should be calm, quiet, and confident.
The image should feel subtle, not overly dramatic.
Lighting is soft diffused daylight from above-right, creating gentle shadow beneath the brim and soft contour across her face and shoulders.
Use moderate clean film grain, soft vignette, natural texture, and controlled motion blur only where appropriate.
Shot with a natural portrait perspective, ISO 400, f/4, 1/125s look with intentional movement blur.
The final image should feel like an understated fashion campaign frame: minimal, modern, personal-brand ready, and visually consistent with the rest of the TRU ICONS set.
Avoid stiff hand placement, frozen mannequin energy, fully hidden eyes, chaotic blur, glam overkill, distorted fingers, warped cap shape, or stock-photo posing.
09On the floor, propped
On the floor, propped
Create an ultra-realistic minimalist editorial brand photo of the uploaded woman in the same sparse indoor studio space as the original TRU ICONS reference image.
Use the uploaded identity reference image as the primary identity anchor.
Use the uploaded inspiration pose reference image only for the general pose and composition idea, not for identity, clothing, or environment.
Keep the exact same TRU ICONS outfit and styling:
clean white tube top
relaxed black wide-leg pants
white chunky sneakers if visible
black baseball cap with subtle raised or tonal ICON embroidery across the front
long blonde balayage hair worn naturally down
natural polished makeup
realistic skin texture, pores, and tonal variation
Keep the same minimalist visual setting:
large plain light-gray wall
neutral gray floor
no furniture
no props
no clutter
no extra décor
no additional text
The composition should be a wide vertical editorial portrait with clean negative space and a soft minimal atmosphere.
For this pose, she is lying on her stomach on the floor, propped up on her forearms in a relaxed editorial pose. One leg can be bent upward behind her in a casual playful way, with the shoe slightly visible in the background if it fits naturally in frame.
One hand lightly holds or adjusts the brim of the black ICON cap using a relaxed fingertip grip. Her head should angle slightly downward so the brim partially covers the upper portion of her face, creating a cool, understated, candid effect. Her face should still remain partially visible and recognizable — not hidden completely.
Her expression should feel calm, natural, and quietly confident, with more of a candid launch-campaign mood than a posed fashion pose. The energy should be playful but still polished and brand-forward.
Her hair should fall naturally around her face and shoulders with soft realistic texture and dimension.
Lighting is soft diffused natural daylight from above-right, creating gentle shadow beneath the hat brim and soft dimension across her face, arms, hair, and clothing.
Use a deep-focus or medium-deep-focus editorial look with moderate clean film grain, subtle vignette, soft natural texture, and slightly softened edges.
Shot with a natural portrait perspective, ISO 400, f/4, 1/125s look.
The final image should feel like a fresh, cool, minimal TRU ICONS launch image — modern, a little playful, fashion-forward, and visually consistent with the rest of the set.
Avoid copying the original inspiration outfit, avoid text on clothing, avoid a different hat color, avoid home-style wall paneling, avoid overly sexy posing, avoid exaggerated arching, avoid stiff elbows, awkward hand placement, fully hidden eyes, distorted feet, warped fingers, plastic skin, glam overkill, or stock-photo energy.

Create an ultra-realistic minimalist editorial brand photo of the uploaded woman.
Use the uploaded identity reference image as the primary identity anchor. Preserve her exact recognizable real-life face, facial structure, skin tone, green eyes, dimensional blonde balayage hair with darker roots, natural feminine proportions, and realistic physical presence. She should look like the same real woman from the reference, not a generic AI model, influencer lookalike, or overly polished stock-photo girl.

white chunky sneakers if visible
black baseball cap with subtle raised or tonal ICON embroidery across the front
long blonde balayage hair worn naturally down beneath the cap
natural polished makeup
realistic skin texture, pores, and tonal variation
Keep the setting exactly within the same minimalist visual world:
large plain light-gray wall
neutral gray concrete-style floor
no furniture
no props
no clutter
no extra décor
no additional text in the room
The composition should be a medium-to-wide editorial portrait, framed with enough space around her body to feel intentional, relaxed, and modern.
Position her seated on the floor in a grounded pose with both knees raised upward, creating a relaxed editorial shape around her torso. Her body should feel settled and natural, not stiff or overly symmetrical.
One hand rests gently on the top or side of her black ICON cap, with the elbow bent in a casual effortless way. The gesture should feel relaxed and slightly candid, as if she naturally touched her hat between shots. Her other arm can rest across one knee or drape casually between her legs.
Her head should tilt slightly, and she should look toward the camera with a calm, soft, confident expression. The overall mood should feel cool, natural, and quietly styled — not smiley, not overly glamorous, and not try-hard.
Her hair should fall naturally around her shoulders with soft texture and realistic dimension.
Lighting is soft diffused natural daylight from above-right, creating gentle realistic shadows and subtle contour across her face, cap, shoulders, arms, and clothing. Keep the light clean, subdued, and flattering.
Use a deep-focus or medium-deep-focus editorial look with moderate clean film grain, subtle vignetting, soft natural texture, and slightly softened edges.
Shot with a natural portrait perspective, ISO 400, f/4, 1/125s look.
The final image should feel like a polished TRU ICONS launch-sequence portrait: modern, minimal, cool, slightly intimate, and completely consistent with the original set.
Avoid copying the outfit or background from the pose inspiration image, avoid sweater styling, avoid leopard pants, avoid warm home interiors, avoid overly tight crops, stiff hand placement, awkward knee angles, distorted fingers, warped cap shape, plastic skin, heavy glam retouching, or stock-photo energy.

long blonde hair worn naturally down
natural polished makeup
realistic skin texture, pores, and tonal variation
Keep the same minimalist environment:
plain light-gray wall
neutral gray floor
no furniture
no clutter
no extra props other than the phone
For this pose, she is seated casually on the floor in a relaxed, cute, candid pose that fits the original campaign set. She is looking down at a phone in one hand as if reading a message, update, or quiet launch moment.
The pose should feel soft, natural, and effortless — more like a genuinely cute in-between moment than a formal posed photo.
Her body position should feel grounded and relaxed, with one knee bent upward and the other leg folded or angled naturally along the floor. The hand holding the phone should look fully natural and anatomically correct. Her free hand can rest loosely on her knee, in her lap, or lightly on the floor for balance.
Her face should remain fully sharp and clearly visible. Do not use motion blur anywhere in the image.
Her expression should feel soft, focused, slightly amused, and genuine — like she just saw something good on her phone. Think quiet founder energy, not big smile, not cheesy business-owner pose.
Her hair should fall naturally around her shoulders with realistic texture and a softly lived-in look.
The composition should stay modern and spacious with strong negative space and a grounded editorial feel. Keep the framing intentional and stylish, with the subject placed slightly left of center or centered with room around her.
Lighting is soft natural daylight from above-right with gentle shadows and subtle dimension across her face, hair, hat, clothing, and the floor.
Use moderate clean film grain, slight vignette, realistic texture, and a crisp editorial look.
Shot with a natural editorial perspective, ISO 400, f/4, 1/125s look.
The final image should feel calm, minimal, modern, stylish, cute, and consistent with the TRU ICONS launch sequence.

Style her in a white or soft-ivory oversized blazer with long loose waves and a polished, natural look. Keep the overall feel clean, elevated, feminine, and modern.
The background should be a smooth white studio wall with the word ICON displayed behind her in large, raised, tonal wall lettering, inspired by the second image. It should look like part of the studio design, not like added graphic text.
Use soft natural light, clean shadows, and a bright airy tone. Keep the image minimal and polished with a candid, modern brand-photo feel.

Add movement
Take the images you already generated, drop them back into the chat, and ask for movement. You get the same shoot with hair and fabric in motion.
I need some variations of these images with some movement.

Module 02
Steal our launch strategy.
Curiosity, then belief disruption, then personal conviction, then the movement reveal, then the company reveal, then the invitation.
Using AI to help you write
Train it and warm it up first so it comes across authentically you.
01
Feed it your voice. Paste ten things you have already written and tell it plainly: this is how I write and sound.
02
Tell it who you are. Your background, why you started in network marketing, your raw story, and that you are about to launch with this team. Use the voice clip options to make it easier.
03
Give it the guardrails. Run the Voice DNA prompt below, then keep its rules in place for everything it writes as you.
04
Give it the day. Paste the purpose and the prompts from that day, then ask for three versions instead of one.
05
Read it out loud before you post. If you would not say it that way, rewrite it until you would.
Voice DNA prompt
From my content, extract:
Tone words — 5 to 8 specific words that describe how I sound (not "authentic" — be precise)
Anti-tone words — 5 to 8 words that describe how I do NOT sound
Sentence style — how I structure sentences, average length, use of questions, fragments, lists, etc.
Signature patterns — things I do repeatedly: how I open, transition, close, any rhetorical moves I reach for
Energy and pacing — the emotional register, the rhythm, how I build or release momentum
Words and phrases I use often — even small recurring ones
Words and phrases to never use when writing as me — based on what’s absent or would feel completely off
3 peak example sentences pulled directly from my posts that best represent my voice
Then add a “Never Do This” section with these constraints baked in permanently:
No emojis unless explicitly asked
No em dashes used as a stylistic pause
No choppy one-line sentence stacking that sounds dramatic but says nothing: "You’re not behind. You’re just unclear. And clarity changes everything."
No fake-deep contrast formula: "It’s not about ___, it’s about ___" / "You don’t need ___, you need ___"
No caption-template structure: Hook, relatable pain point, fake shift, three bullets, soft CTA
No over-explaining: say the thing directly without tucking it inside context nobody asked for
No corporate-coach voice: do not write like a webinar landing page
No vague "you deserve" language: make a real relevant point or cut it
No triplet symmetry: "Create with clarity. Design with confidence. Show up with ease." sounds like a Canva footer
No weird metaphors: "your brand is your digital handshake," "content is the bridge between your message and your audience," etc.
Never use: aligned, elevated, empowered, authentic, intentional, next level, step into, unlock, transform, show up, magnetic, clarity and confidence
No filler sentences: if it doesn’t add something, cut it
No generic empowerment fluff that sounds inspirational but has no specific point
Every piece of content must have an actual point of view: something a real person could disagree with
Output this as one clean, copyable document. No commentary, no explanations — just the Voice DNA.

Day 01 · Curiosity
The Shift
Purpose: signal that something is changing without revealing what.
The angle
There has been a shift in what I want to build, how I want to build it, and who I want to build it with.
Each partner fills in their own reason.
Possible prompts
01
Something has been stirring in me lately.
02
I’ve been thinking differently about what I want the next season of business to look like.
03
I’ve realized I don’t just want to build income. I want to build something that matters.
04
There are moments when you know it’s time to stop watching from the sidelines and move.
05
I’ve made a decision about what I’m building next.
Then close with
I’m not ready to share all of it yet. But this is the beginning.

Day 02 · Belief disruption
Tru / False
Purpose: challenge assumptions about network marketing and start positioning the field as the opportunity.
List misconceptions or misunderstandings about you and about network marketing, all labeled FALSE. End with one line that is TRU. That last line becomes the breadcrumb into Day 03.
The frame

Day 04 · The movement reveal
Tru Icons
The emotional high point of the campaign. Not the company reveal yet. This is the movement reveal.
01 — reveal the name
TRU ICONS.
02 — explain what an Icon is
Not someone famous. Not someone with 100k followers. Not someone at the top of a comp plan.
An Icon is someone who:
leads before they have the title
builds something people remember
helps other people become bigger versions of themselves
refuses to disappear inside someone else’s brand
creates impact and income
does business differently
Then the big idea
We are starting at one.
Or even stronger
Every iconic brand starts at zero. Every iconic team starts with one person deciding to build it.
Keep in mind
The magic is: you are early enough to help shape what this becomes.
Mission
Build the most creatively powerful, culturally relevant and people-first community in the field.
Vision
A team where personal brands get bigger, leaders get better, businesses become profitable and nobody has to lose their identity to belong.
Then close with
If you’ve been waiting for something that feels different, come build it with us.

Day 05 · The company reveal
Trunori
Day 05 is why this company.
Structure
01My story
02What I was looking for
03Why Trunori caught my attention
04The moment I knew
05What we’re building here
Then tell that story.
The distinction
TRU ICONS is the community.
TRUNORI is the vehicle.
Not “I joined Trunori.”
I am building Tru Icons, powered by Trunori.
Example post
For the last few days, I’ve shared a little about the shift happening in my life and business.
Today I can finally tell you where it’s leading.
TRUNORI.
I wasn’t looking for just another company.
I wasn’t looking for something to casually post about for a few months.
And I definitely wasn’t interested in building something that required me to become a completely different version of myself.
I wanted the right products.
The right people.
The right timing.
And a place where I could actually see myself building something meaningful.
When I found TRUNORI, something clicked.
I saw a company in an early chapter.
I saw products I could genuinely get excited about.
I saw leadership with a vision for where this could go.
But more than anything, I saw an opportunity to build.
Not just sell.
Not just enroll.
Build.
Build a community.
Build leaders.
Build income.
Build something people are proud to belong to.
That’s what TRU ICONS is about.
TRUNORI is the company we’re partnered with.
TRU ICONS is the community we’re creating inside of it.
And we are at the very beginning.
No massive team required.
No perfect platform required.
No years of experience required.
Just a willingness to start.
I have no idea exactly how big this becomes.
But I know I want to be able to look back and say:
I was there when we built it.
This is TRUNORI.
And this is just the beginning.

Day 06 · The invitation
The first wave
Get vulnerable today. Give them the real raw on why you are doing this.
We’re looking for the first wave of Tru Icons.
Then define who you want
Creators.
Community builders.
Leaders.
Women ready to start again.
People completely new to this industry.
People who know they were made to build something.
Before you post
Rewrite every line in your own words. Never make an income or health claim. One post a day, in order.
Module 05
Social, on repeat.
Hooks, post ideas, opportunity posts, and story templates. Pick one, make it yours, post it.
Hooks
A hook, two or three bullets, and a soft ask make a complete post. Copy a line, say it in your own voice, post it.
Read this first
Stay inside the lines.
Say may help, may support, studies suggest, research shows. Attribute claims to the study. Use I statements for your own experience.
Never say cures, treats, prevents, reverses, or eliminates. Never promise a result. Never mix income talk into a health post.
Funny is fine. Absolute is not.
Oh, that’s me
Lead with a feeling people recognize before you mention the ingredient.
That 3pm wall where your brain just... leaves the chat. Let’s talk about that.
You didn’t change anything about your diet but your jeans got tighter anyway? Same.
Not me googling “why can’t I focus” for the fifth time this month.
Belly fat that shows up no matter how many crunches you do — we need to talk about WHY that happens.
“I workout AND eat well but this stubborn belly fat won’t budge” — if that’s you, keep reading.
POV: it’s 2pm, you’ve had 3 coffees, and you’re still staring at the same email.
That foggy, can’t-think-straight feeling isn’t just “getting older.” There might be more to it.
The mood dip, the brain fog, the stubborn belly — turns out there might be one thread connecting all three.
You know that feeling of being tired but wired? Let’s get into why.
Fun one-liners
Good as text overlay on a reel or the first line of a caption.
Beer’s nerdy cousin that skipped the party to go do something actually useful.
Turns out the “bitter” ingredient your taste buds hate might be the one your gut loves.
Not all hops are the same and honestly? Kind of a plot twist.
Hops really said “I can do more than flavor your IPA” and honestly, respect.
Plot twist: the ingredient brewers used to throw away might be the interesting part.
Bitter is having a moment and I am HERE for it.
New personality trait unlocked: knowing way too much about hop chemistry.
POV and storytime
For talking-head video. Fill in your own experience, never someone else’s result.
POV: you started reading about an ingredient for one reason and ended up down a research rabbit hole for two hours.
Story time: how I found out beer brewers have basically been sitting on something interesting this whole time.
I wasn’t looking for this. I was just tired of feeling foggy by 2pm every single day.
The day I found out “bitter” compounds and my focus were more connected than I thought.
I almost scrolled past this ingredient. Glad I didn’t.
Real talk: I was skeptical about anything hop-related. Then I actually read the research.
Curiosity and myth-busting
There’s a compound in hops that isn’t about beer at all — it’s about your gut and brain talking to each other.
Bitter taste receptors aren’t just on your tongue. Your gut has them too.
Aged vs. fresh hops behave differently in the body — and only one of them has been studied for this.
This is NOT the hops in your IPA. It’s a specially aged version studied for something completely different.
Most people think “bitter” means bad. Researchers studying the gut disagree.
The gut-brain connection is having a moment in research. Here’s one ingredient at the center of it.
Question hooks
Questions drive comments, and comments drive reach.
Have you ever wondered why stubborn belly fat doesn’t respond to diet and exercise the same way for everyone?
What if your focus struggles weren’t just about sleep or caffeine?
Ever notice your mood and your gut seem to have their own little relationship going on?
What’s the one 3pm-slump fix you haven’t tried yet?
Did you know your gut has taste receptors too?
Stat hooks
Keep every number exactly as written. Do not round up.
In a 12-week clinical study, one group didn’t change their diet or exercise — and still saw a reduction in visceral fat.
A 12-week study in adults over 45 measured attention using a real cognitive test, not a survey.
100 adults. 12 weeks. One ingredient. Here’s what the data showed.
3 weeks. One ingredient. Measurable changes in mood, sleep, and workplace focus.
Bullets: body composition
Mix two to four under your hook. Keep the qualifying language.
In a 12-week randomized, placebo-controlled study, participants who took a matured hop extract saw a measurable reduction in visceral fat area, without changing diet or exercise.
Researchers also observed a decrease in total body fat ratio compared to placebo over the same 12 weeks.
Routine safety labs stayed within normal ranges throughout the study.
A separate mechanistic study found matured hop bittering compounds may help activate thermogenesis in brown fat tissue.
Bullets: focus and mood
In a 12-week clinical trial among adults 45 to 69, those taking MHBA scored significantly higher on a standardized attention test than placebo.
The same study found a significant change in β-endorphin levels, a marker often associated with the stress response.
A subgroup analysis found improvements in memory retrieval on two separate standardized cognitive tests.
A separate 3-week study using an MHBA beverage reported improvements in self-reported mood, sleep quality, and day-to-day function at work. Early and open-label, so treat it as supportive.
Bullets: how it works
Matured hop bitter acids appear to activate bitter taste receptors in the gut lining, not just the tongue.
That activation is linked to the release of cholecystokinin, a natural gut hormone involved in digestion and satiety.
CCK release is believed to help activate the vagus nerve, the main line between the gut and the brain.
Animal research suggests this pathway may relate to brain inflammation and mood regulation. Early stage, not confirmed in large human trials.

Proshift post ideas
How to share it so people actually pay attention.
01
Breadcrumb your experience
Do not announce everything at once. Drop one small real detail at a time and let people start asking.
02
Start at day one
Go to stories the day you take your first capsule. Film it before you know how it goes. That is the part people follow.
03
Say what you noticed, not what it does
Talk about your sleep, your focus, your mood. Let the research talk live in the Hooks tab.
04
Answer in public
When someone asks in your DMs, make that question your next story. Someone else is wondering the same thing.
05
Show your face more than the product
People buy the person taking it. The capsule is a supporting character.
06
Give one clear way to reply
Comment a word, drop an emoji, or send a DM. One ask per post, every time.

06What is it
What is it? What does it do??
MHBA (mature hop bitter acid)
Here’s what it helps with:
• Energy
• Inflammation
• Visceral fat
• Aches & Discomforts
• Calms stress + cortisol
• Clears brain fog
• Boosts focus + mood
• Balances hormones
• Helps your body produce GLP naturally
• BOOSTS Labido (insane)
• Activates your vegus nerve
It’s like a “reset” for your body, like someone came in and turned back on your life switch to reset you back to the way you use to be.
Things I notice most. Focus and mental clarity, energy to get stuff done. It’s actually a very strong formula.
Everyone needs this. Drop the word FIX if you are ready to fix your life.
Add your own ideas and I will drop them into this list.
Opportunity posts
These invite without pitching. Post one a week, never two days in a row.
01The quiet ask
I am opening two spots on my team this month.
No experience needed, just someone who actually wants something different.
Comment ICON and I will send you the details.
02The honest version
I did not start this because I had it figured out.
I started because I was tired of waiting for something to change on its own.
If that sounds familiar, send me a message.
03The invitation
Looking for three people who want to build something this year.
I will train you, and you keep everything you build.
Comment or DM the word READY.
04It’s here
IT’S HERE. 🔥
MHBA. If you constantly feel aches and discomforts, stressed, overstimulated, exhausted, unfocused, or like your body just isn’t operating at its premium level, you need to know about this.
MHBA has been studied for its effects on the parasympathetic nervous system your “rest + digest” state, as well as stress, mood, sleep, focus and mental fatigue. And the research surrounding MHBA and how it activates the vagus nerve signaling is amazing.
I have an incredible high-dose formula 🙌
And for my business-minded people… the income opportunity with this is HUGE. 👀🔥
